Pairing recs for a champagne and white burg tasting

Hoping some of you guys got something up your sleeves. Any food pairings that are easy to make for a champagne and white burg tasting?

I've done some searching and got a couple of cheeses that might pair well and foie gras but was hoping for a simple dish I can make that will also pair really well with the white burg (or champ).
