Been offered a Sommelier position at a 5 star hotel.

I have only ever worked in restaurants and am curious if there are any here with hotel experience that can shed some wisdom before I accept. I've always loved the IDEA of working in a hotel but now that I am faced with it I have some doubts. The way it will look on my resume is just so tempting. Please be honest and no holding back if you have opinions.
