I have a potential cellar area I could use.
I have been checking temperature and humidity and we are currently seeing between 15 - 17.5 degrees C. And around 75% RH. It's always dark..
Would this be considered to be an acceptable environment?
Would be mainly Bordeaux and Burgundy
