We just had a Château Soutard 2016 and we both had a weird after taste sitting in the nose that I would not associate with something you eat or drink (hard to describe but some creamy artifical taste). Since I am not a particular experienced drinker, I was wondering if it might just be the style or if it had turned bad.
For 15 years, Athan Zafirov has traveled the vineyards around the world and worked with some of the greatest chefs including Francois Duc and Alan Brown.
