Hi all. I was given a Coravin Sparkling for Xmas, having asked for it, but not actually looked into how it differs from the still wine Coravin system.

I was disappointed to find out it only preserves for a couple of weeks (says up to 4).

To help me use it properly, any experience of using one of these? Is 4 weeks conservative or an exaggeration? Do they deteriorate on a straight line from day 1 to 28 or is there a drop off?

Planning on using it on some nice bottles so don’t want to mess up.
