Wine club advice needed

I’ve just been promoted at my work place (winery in South Australia) to marketing assistant and our first job is an entire overhaul of our wine club membership. To put it bluntly, the current one is absolutely crap and we need to restart and actually offer something to consumers that excites them and makes them want to join and feel part of the ‘family’ or ‘team’.

I’d LOVE any recommendations, advice, guidance, suggestions on what makes a great wine club from a local winery.
