Temperature changes in a cellar

Hey everyone,

I'm storing a load of wines in the storage area of my apartment complex. It's far from an actual cellar but it's below ground either way.

The conditions are pretty allright. No light, no vibrations, humid (75% - 85%). The only thing I cannot control is temperature. It's generally between 5 - 20 degrees Celcius there, following the temperatures outside. In the winter it will be around 5 - 10 degrees Celsius, and in the summer around 15 - 20 degrees Celsius.

Does the temperature of a 'normal' cellar also fluctuate in regards to the temperature outside? If not, does anyone know what effect the fluctuations have on my wines? Thank you!
