What year Bordeaux are you drinking?

I’ve been building my collection of mostly French wine for a few years and have a couple hundred bottles of Bdx and CDP. I’ve enjoyed some 2019/2018 CDP on the young end currently. Haven’t delved into tasting too much of the Bdx which is all 2015-2020. It’s mostly mid range stuff hovering around $80-120 a bottle. Now I am starting to regret buying so much young Bdx as it seems far from its drinking window. Just wondering what years more experienced folks who have kept and aged their wines are currently drinking.
