Hello everyone!
I run a small wine bar in Bergen, Norway 🇳🇴!
We focus on themed wine menus, which changes every 2 months - and includes around 15 different wines by the glass and 20 references by bottle on top of that.
For our next menu we are thinking of designing a menu with the theme of CABINET OF CURIOSITIES. That can include any wines with that are out of the ordinary, for example these are some wines that we are thinking of including:
• Palo Cortado • Dry Furmint • Caberlot • Blanc de Pinot Noir
Do you maybe have any ideas of what other wines you would potentially see as a CABINET OF CURIOSITIES type of wine?
