Wine tasting in Alt Emporda

My family of 4 will be visiting the Alt Emporda region mid June. I would like to stop by Rim, Tortuga, Cosmic. But I’m finding out that most of the places will only do wine tour with 6 or more people. Can I still stop by these winery and try their wine? I have no problem pairing with others for the tour. But so far, I didn’t find any tours available that go to these vineyards.
