Aged alcohol?

This is a bit of a silly question but my excuse is that I don’t drink alcohol…is it ok to regift “aged” drinks? E.g. red wine, white wine, spirits, champagne, etc. that have a label pre-2024.

My partner has been given quite a lot of alcohol as gifts from his patients over the years, but they all sit there since we don’t drink. Wondering what is ok to regift/rehome to someone versus what wouldn’t. Thanks!
