Champagne for an humble accomplishment

Hey wine lovers.

I want your feedback and suggestions for a decent bottle of champagne, above the house entry level but not over 80€.

I'm looking for a big brioche aroma but also a decent amount of acidity to carry the wine through the palate:

For now I landed my eyes on the following:

-Champagne AOC Brut Millésimé 2012 Laurent-Perrier

-Champagne AOC Grand Cru Extra Brut Paul Bara

-Champagne Réserve Brut Pol Roger

-Champagne AOC Grand Cru Brut Blanc de Blancs 2015 Nicolas Feuillatte

Other suggestions around the same price points are more than welcomed.
