Help a non wine person store some bottles

Help and hello, i tried to make this post before with pictures but the automod told me include the "original tasting notes" and i dont know what the hell that is, so no pics lol.

I'm not exactly a wine lover but its good to have around incase of friends so i need your help. The problem is I live in an European city where AC isn't exactly common. So during summer days the temperatures is between 25-30°C inside the apartment. But I have heard that you shouldn't store the bottles in the fridge either.

I don't really care if I don't get to experience the "full flavour profile" I just don't want them to go bad or sour or whatever the he'll happens to wine if it's stored improperly lol.

I tried goggling but that wasn't very helpful as I was unsure what was actually good advice and what was just wine snobbery.

I have stored the bottles on my kitchen counter top for about a month so have I already ruined them? And what should I do moving forward? Options are 25°C kitchen cupboard and 5-7 °C fridge.

Here are the bottles if that matters, also they all are unopened if that makes a difference:

Red wine: Antario Barolo 2019 (a gift)

White wine: Waimea Sauvignon blanc 2021 and Deep roots Riesling dry 2023 (recommendations from friends)

TLDR. Room too hot, fridge to cold, what do?

Thank you for reading this long ass post and I appreciate any advice. Also sorry for formating, it's impossible on mobile to get it right.
