Total Wine regulars, is there always a coupon deal for x number of winery direct bottles?

I place an order via the app at least once a month and a coupon for 15 to 20% off winery direct bottles of 8/12 or more has always been available as a deal. Not this morning. Was I just extremely lucky in the past? The only similar available deals are 15% off malbecs and red blend bottles of 6 or more.
