Australians: Great value winery?

I’m hosting a dinner party soon and would like to use wines all from one winery. Do you have any suggestions for a winery that is a hidden gem?

I’m thinking Ghost Rock Wines from Tasmania as I love its Pinot Noirs but it also has sone fun wines as well.

Any suggestions to consider?
