How long to store and "interesting" pricing - Ex-Bibliotheca Subterranea Spätlese Schloss Johannisberg

Dear wine friends,

I recently ordered 7 bottles of this wine:

Schloss Johannisberg Ex Bibliotheca Subterranea Cuvée 100 Spätlese Barrel No. 361

I know Schloss Johannisberg quite well (Silberlack, Rotlack, Gelblack etc.), but I bought this wine "blind".

How do you rate the wine's storability? When would you open it (I don't want to drink it too young) or how long at most and how do you rate the "sweet spot"?

And what makes me a little suspicious: why does the wine sell for €40? Aren't Ex-bib Subterranea wines normally in the "high-end" range of the estate? And for comparison: a "normal" Grünlack Spätlese is available for around €45.

(I am from Germany, if this might be helpful information)
