What is the best bottle of wine under $30?

You can go over the $30 limit if it is really something worth it but ideally looking for those wines that punch well above their price points.

I live in Texas and can go to Total Wine, Specs, Twin Liquors, and Costco. I personally do not have any bottles of Merlot, Shiraz, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio, Reisling, Brut/Cava/Champagne for what it's worth. But wouldn't mind a second bottle of something I already have esp. if it's even better...

I currently 4x bottles in total (below):

  • Black Stallion Cabernet
  • Thibault Ligier-Belair Bourgogne Les Deux Terres
  • La Rioja Alta Vina Alberdi Reserva
  • Wolffer Estate Summer in a Bottle Rose
