Billecart Salmon Blanc de Blancs 2009 or Dom Perignon 2012? Or something else?

So I got into a spiral about vintages, best time to drink, availability and value. I can get both of these easily but can get others too with some more effort. Any thoughts on which way to go? I wanted something delicious and special to enjoy in an Australian summer on its own and with cold seafood especially oysters.
