I’ve got a big birthday dinner party coming up and I’m hoping to cook some seared duck breast for the main course, so I’ve come here to ask for good Bordeaux that would go nicely with that?
Crucially, my budget is around £45 per bottle (approx $60USD) - quite modest in the grand scheme of things but I’m cooking for around x20 people…
In terms of wines, I’ve really enjoyed Pauillac, Graves, St Julien, St Estephe wines. Labels-wise, really liked Langoa-Barton, Lafon-Rochet, Talbot, Reserve de Leoville Barton etc. I’m quite keen to explore some new wines too!!!
