New wine fridge not cooling

Hi!

I bought a brand new wine fridge (Vintec VWS050SBA) and just tried turning it on yesterday. I set the temperature to 12°C and left it on overnight, but today it still hasn't cooled - it showed H1, which seems to suggest an error with the temperature sensor error.

I've tried turning the power and the unit off and on and set the temperature again, but the temperature still doesn't seem to be dropping - it's been hovering at 28/29°C (ambient room temp) for the past hour or so.

How long does it usually take for a new wine fridge to cool upon turning on? Is this normal? Or is there likely an issue with it?

There's no visible damage to the fridge, and it's empty.
