Wine bottle broke

HALP! We’re on our honeymoon and kept receiving bottles of wine. Sounds good right? However one of my suitcases slipped from the trolley and hit the ground hard and RED wine exploded all over my suitcase.

We’re enroute to our next hotel now. How do I even begin to clean the mess? I took a peek inside and it’s shattered to smithereens. How best do clean the clothes? And how do I clean wine and shards from a Delsey soft carry-on luggage?
