Chablis glassware

I'm going to open a chablis premiere cru tonight, never had a chance to drink anything from chablis in my new glasses and experiment.

Out of curiosity i asked chatgpt what glass, between my spiegelau definition universal and spiegelau definition bordeaux, was the best one to pour it.

I was like: obviousely a bourgogne/chardonnay would be the best, but since i don't have one, bordeaux should be ok too.

Chatgpt insisted the universal would be better since a wider bowl might make the wine lose its crisp acidity.

Now, there aren't many whites with more character than chablis, it feels pretty strange for me to drink one in such a small glass, and btw glasses designed for big chards are big bowls with wide openings. What is your take?

Edit: "bigger" into "with more character", i just meant to say it's easy to decide where to drink a pinot gris, with a wine like chablis it's harder to decide.

Edit n.2: the point of the post is to understand if, and eventually why, somebody should prefer a universal over a bordeaux. I'm not asking how to drink my chablis.
