how long does wine last outside wine fridge?

I recently bought a couple of cases of different whites but dont have a wine fridge or cellar so i store it in a spare room in a closet. The temperature is pretty stable at around 20 degrees 68-70 F? Is it safe to store for around a year? I don’t intend to store just not sure if I will drink all before that
