I am sad, I can't physically handle Ca Cabs anymore.

I always feel horrible after drinking them. I had 3 glasses last night, over the course of 2 hours with food. I have felt like shit all day today. Nauseous, headache, tired. I wasn't even really drunk, just buzzed.
Meanwhile I can drink a whole bottle of Bordeaux, rhone, pinot, you name it. And be 100% fine.
It makes me sad because I enjoy the wine but my body just cannot tolerate it anymore.
I am sad.
