I'm not sure where else to ask this question and since this group is wine experts I thought it better to start here than a generic investment forum. My passion project has finally come to life and Im able to focus on it full time, we have software built, we have a first customer, and we have the grind and grit mentality to do what it takes to break into this space. We have a great team with all the right skills. It's a SaaS product for wine retailers (not trying to make this post a pitch so won't go on and on).
Now here is where my lack of experience and question kicks in. Is anyone aware of any angels, VC's etc that are specific to the wine/beverage industry? My research always seems to hit a brick wall as we are not producing wine, we are tech. Is there such a thing as wine tech or spirits/beverage tech?
So before I spend hours of potentially pointless research, if anyone wants to point me down a path I would SOOOOO appreciate it. Or if anyone is in the investment space and loves wine and will just let me ask questions, I would also appreciate that.
