Alsace (Straatsburg - Colmar) must visits?

Hi all!

I've had a really positive experience asking for advice on this sub, so I thought I would try it again!

I am in the Alsace region this summer, staying primarily in Straatsburg, but also making day trips in the region (to Colmar e.g.). Does anyone have tips for 'must visit' wineries or tastings?
