Looking for recommendations in Argentina and Chile

Hi everyone! I’m planning a wine-focused trip through South America and would love your recommendations.

I’m especially interested in visiting wineries in: • Mendoza (including the Uco Valley) • Valle de Casablanca (Chile) • Patagonia (Argentina or Chile)

I’m looking for places that offer either great tastings, vineyard tours, or wine-paired lunches. I love both big names and hidden gems—especially if the experience is authentic and the wines are expressive of the region.
