Can you trade-in wines at places like Total Wine, or is there some place specific you need to go to?

I recently received a $400 bottle of wine as a gift in a style that I just do not like and can't really regift it; nor do I want to sell it. The easiest thing would be to just trade it in somewhere. Is there such a store or just those wine exchange websites?
