I went down the rabbit hole with wine glasses. I found that I like Gabriel-glas standart as a universal wine glass. The gold version is three times the price and one of these days when I grow up I'd like to try it. Having a nice glass elevates the wine experience for me IMHO. Not to be snobby. But if I'm going to buy a nice wine why not have a nice glass. And fyi, I have done the different glass taste test and yes, the glass does make a difference.
For 15 years, Athan Zafirov has traveled the vineyards around the world and worked with some of the greatest chefs including Francois Duc and Alan Brown.
