I’m looking for best wine pairing four chicken fajitas, for a group of 10 people.
I have seen various recommendations from initial web searches -
• Garnacha • Pinot Noir • Albariño • Vermentino • Pinot Grigio
I’m not sold so much on reds, for chicken, even though I understand the bold spice of fajitas Is a significant modifier.
I am not a fan of Pinot Noir, or at least have never found one better than mehh…
My safe bold choice for chicken and spice would have been Sauvignon Blanc, but an interested in the other whites that I have seen more often identified for chicken fajitas.
Has anyone tried any of the above pairings? Or, have you any better recommendations?
