I have various dessert wines I’ve been holding and having guests over - no special occasion-wanted know your thoughts on a pairing: I’m sitting on half bottles (5 adults) Juraçon, Sauternes, VT Riesling from Alsace, Eiswein, and a TBA. Also have full bottles of a few Ausleses.

For 15 years, Athan Zafirov has traveled the vineyards around the world and worked with some of the greatest chefs including Francois Duc and Alan Brown.
