Is this a good newbie purchase for French wine?

I was under a little time pressure to order a few bottles of Bordeaux reds for a tasting for my wife's birthday. As we are not very familiar with French wines (we drink mostly Spanish reds), a friend sent a recommendation for a particular bottle from the Pauillac region of Bordeaux which I tried to match, but was unable to. So, after a little research into French wine and wine vendors (which was pretty complex and confusing), I purchased the following hamper of 3 bottles from the Pauillac region for €78:
- 1 x Château Gaudin 2019
- 1 x Réserve Mouton Cadet Pauillac 2021 - Baron Philippe de Rothschild
- 1 x Château Haut de la Becade 2018
How did I do? Are these any good?
