Where to buy in Asti/Alba

Driving down through NW Italy next week and was hoping to buy a few cases of wine, just don’t know the best way to go about it. Usually I just hit a supermarket.

Anyone have any places they’ve shopped before or wineries in the area that’ll accommodate my needs ? If you’ve a restaurant recommendation in the area, I’ll take that too.
