Visiting Beaujolais during Nouveau weekend

Hi, Anyone having experience with visiting Beaujolais during the weekend after Nouveau-thursday? Me my girlfriend are considering it as we are in close by that week before, and thought it could be fun way to round off our trip. Both are great Gamay fans, as to why the appeal.

Do you have any tips? I have found it surprisingly hard to research.
