Bottle recommendations under 70 usd

Howdy. Putting together a tasting for some friends in a month and looking to get some decent bottles. I know the easiest way would be to chat with a local shop but I only have big box retailers around me so no luck there. Looking for the following recommendations

  1. Natural wine
  2. Sparkling wines
  3. Reisling (ideally bone dry)
  4. Cabs

Open to other types as well any help is appreciated and yes this is going to be a 20-25 bottle purchase so I am open to ideas.
