Delicious drop!

Finally found a pretty tasty yet mellow pinor noir. I've tried many over the past couple of years (all pricing and range across New Zealand and a few from Australia)

Anyone else here from NZ and keen to share your little gems? I would like to stay with Pinot noir however do sometimes select merlot...

So, the wine I just purchased this week is called "Wild folk" from a vineyard in Yarra Valley - located in Victoria, Australia.

The vintage is 2023 however the wine is specifically made with wild yeast fermentation from old vines and is unrefined, unfiltered and has minimal sulphites. Hence a mellow soft and yet tasty red - easy to drink and well rounded. Retailed for around $35 from memory?

Decent. Very yummy. The first drop tried in years that I have made note of.
