Hiya! We arrive Mendoza at 2:30pm from Buenos Aires, so far this is our itinerary:
Day 1 - Mendoza city, vineyard tour/s of Maipu (which one should we go to?) dinner somewhere in the city (open to recos!)
Day 2 - travel to Uco valley, staying at Auberge du vin. Lunch and vineyard tour of Enemigo, prob have time for one more vineyard, or we do enemigo for dinner and see other vineyards during the day
Day 3 - morning tour of one more vineyard, back to Mendoza city. Stop by Lujan de cuyo
Day 4 - last full day, flight to Panama at 3am the next day
I’m a fan of minimum intervention but still clean and classic wines, old vines and family run vineyards rather than giant mass produced stuff, but thinking could be good to see both plus the mass produced stuff are likely the ones with restaurants etc.
Open to suggestions! Saw some on the top 100 winery list but a little doubting some of the entries on there
