I got the idea recently to purchase ~65 bottles of wine to enjoy with my husband over the course of our lives on each of our wedding anniversaries. We were married in 2023, and we're in our late twenties. I was thinking it would be sweet to purchase all wines with a 2023 vintage.

Do you have recommendations for types of wine that age well, particularly past 30 years? Also, do you have specific wines from 2023 that you particularly enjoyed?
