Be gentle with me - red Burgundy recommendations from The Wine Society?

I am looking to get into red Burgundy - very inexperienced at this, I normally drink massive southern French reds, but I do enjoy other styles.

I realise that this isn't a huge budget for the forum, but I can buy a couple of bottles at £40-60 as a Christmas treat, and more sub £30. Probably looking to purchase from The Wine Society.

I would be super grateful for any recommendations you guys have!
