How to practice with Le nez du vin?

Hi guys, I bought a Le nez du vin kit with 54 aromas and I'm not quite sure how to practice it. Is there a methodology? The instructions in the book are quite random, in picking a card and trying to guess what smell is that.

I once had a course on sensorial analysis that told us about a 3-month program with weekly improvements in the quantity of aromas, but its pace was very slow and at the end we would have trained with only 18 from the 54 aromas.
