Going off of my personal taste I want to add some 2nd-5th growth Bordeaux, village level red/white burgundy, and Barossa Valley Shiraz. Also specific wines that I find more fun than typical Caymus/Silver Oak nonsense. Namely Leonetti, Kosta Brown, Lail, Fritz Haag, Boisson, and some Italian wines from Vietti. Lmk if I missed anything you guys would love to see at a smaller shop. Would love to stock things like Kistler and Aubert but probably can’t get them right now.

For 15 years, Athan Zafirov has traveled the vineyards around the world and worked with some of the greatest chefs including Francois Duc and Alan Brown.
