Hello everyone,
This is my first post on this subreddit - heard about it in the WSJ recently!
I have a wine food pairing question for this community:
I was gifted by a good friend from my birthday a 2018 Viognier Vieilles Vignes from Stephane Ogier. So, a very good bottle that should be in its prime.
I want to make sure I do it justice with food when I open it. Any recommendations?
I've had Viognier with lobster in the past but 1/ don't want to cook lobster for this and 2/ I now live in Europe where lobster is better much much more expensive than in the US.
Looking forward to recommendations from the community!
Thank you in advance
