Wineries to visit in Loire Valley (Chinon, Vouvray, Montlouis-sur-Loire)

I (27M) will be travelling to Tours from Australia at the end of February, with two full days to go visit some wineries and do some tasting. I've done a fair few tastings in Aus (though I'm still just getting into wine!), but I haven't been to any in France before. From trawling through this subreddit, I've got a pretty good list of potential places to go to - now I just need help in working out an itinerary! I will be travelling by a mix of public transport, bike (in Chinon hopefully, if the weather is okay) and uber (in the Tours/Vouvray/Montlouis area). Once I've worked out my ideal places to visit, I will email them to ask about times.

I would love some advice on narrowing my list down to three wineries from each of the two areas in a way that gives me a good introduction to these places, showing me something a bit different at each one, a great tasting experience at each, and ideally with some sense of viability for getting between them. If there is something I haven't included but you think I should, please do say so! And if you think I should really only keep it to two per area (based on the 9am-12pm + 2:30pm-5pm windows most are open for), please say so too - I am unsure how long I should expect to be at each place.

Vouvray and Montlouis-sur-Loire

  • Domaine Huet (no doubt I'll go here)
  • Domaine du Clos Naudin (Foreau) 
  • Domaine Vincent Carême
  • Domaine Francoise Chidaine
  • Domaine de la Taille aux Loups (Jacky Blot) 
  • La Grange Tiphaine (I understand this is much further, but thought it might be good to go somewhere modern with different varietals for something different)

Chinon:

  • Bernard Boudry
  • Olga Raffault
  • Charles Joguet
  • Domain Couly-Duthiel
