I just bought myself a Coravin System 6 on 2025's Christmas, after years of hesitation, and to be very honest, I am not impressed.

  1. It was advertised that the system is designed in a way that every application, the needle pokes a different hole. This is misleading and false. For me, it has poked that very same hole or around it every application.
  2. Very weak aerator and requires more gas.
  3. Didn't taste any difference with the aeration.

I am still on my 1st gas canister and 2nd bottle of wine in 2 months. Am i doing anything wrong? Any hardcore Coravin users here?

Note: I usually don't like drinking an entire bottle myself so thought the Coravin would help me cut down on drinking and have slower, more pleasant drinking. I love this aspect of Coravin but somewhat I feel like their marketing didn't deliver.
