Hi all, I’m looking for recommendations for small fine dining restaurants in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane with truly excellent wine knowledge, food and service. Ideally they have a strong, knowledgeable sommelier, and are comfortable hosting wine-focused events / masterclasses. Open to degustation or à la carte venues. Would really value recommendations based on personal experience — especially if you’ve attended private dining events or wine dinners there. Thanks!
