Elephant in the room perhaps: we are all promoting the consumption of alcohol here. And although I also truly enjoy wine, I do also have that voice in the back of my head saying: “come on now, it’s a weekday? Why are you drinking”.

So basically my question: how much wine consumption is ‘too much’? Does everybody drink a glass or 2 each weekday as well, or do you all religiously drink only on the weekends?
