Wine that tastes like a rose garden

A couple years ago I found a wine that was quite exquisite. It was a rose wine, NOT Rosé, a literally ROSE WINE. It was a wine that demanded small sips, slow enjoyment, and to consider the time that you spent in the summer. How much of it was rushing around to have as much fun as you could, and how much of it you'd simply enjoy life and smelled the roses.

Sadly, I forget to make a note about this wine and I haven't been able to find it since. Can anyone help?
