help! birthday champagne for mom

Hi! I’m trying to find a good champagne for my mom’s birthday that is around $100 or so

Background on her preferred tastes: She likes La Marca and Gloria Ferrer Carneros Cuvee. She also buys the Costco prosecco all the time. She used to have a subscription to Gloria Ferrer so she had a lot of bottles from there. We also tried Moët but she wasn’t a big fan.

I’m looking for something that—when you sip it for the first time—it screams premium but doesn’t break the bank either.
