The Ultimate Beaujolais List

Hi! I've been thinking about making an 'ultimate list' of Beaujolais, featuring: Everyday wines (bang 4 buck, cheaper bottles), funky wines (full of character, alternative, "terroir driven"), and holy grail/unicorn wines for each Cru. I think there are some amazing bottles outside of the morgon + moulin-a-vent appelations, and it would be fun to save this post for future reference.
