Heyya, long time lurker, first time poster here:

This year I'm going to be traveling to Tuscany for the first time to celebrate my father-in-law's 80th. The whole family are huge lovers of wine, and I'm wondering if anyone has any tasting and/or food recommendations in the Pisa area? Obviously, this is a milestone birthday, so we're willing spend a bit more than we would if only traveling for holiday. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
